All items in our website are shipped free in the continental U.S. Only. Contact us about shipping internationally, to non-contiguous U.S. territories, or APO.

UPS or Fedex Ground Items usually ships in 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment. Please allow 2-4 business days for item to arrive once it ships via Common Carriers or through the U.S. Post Office. Please be patient while we process your order, as you will receive shipping and tracking information via Email once the order ships. If you are not present for receiving this package, the item may be left on your doorstep unless otherwise specified.

We will ship some items to APO / FPO addresses, provided they are not too large to ship via the U.S. Post Office. Please contact us to inquire about shipping to APO /FPO addresses.

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, there is no charge for the cancellation. However, If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund

All of our products are guaranteed new in original condition upon arrival. Although every effort is made to ship your items as safely as possible, items do occasionally get damaged during shipping. If your item arrives in a visibly damaged state, Please report damaged items via email at custserv@ubuyfurniture.com. Damages and other issues must be documented via email because a written record is required. We will respond within 24 hours and ask for the details and proof(pictures) of damages. Once we receive proof, we will determine if we can resolve the issue by replacing a damaged/defective part. If we determine we cannot resolve the issue by sending a replacement for a damaged/defective part, we will send a prepaid return shipping label, if we require that the item be returned for a full replacement or a refund. The buyer will not have to pay for shipping charges in cases where we determine the issue cannot be resolved with replacement parts

If you’re not satisfied with an item that you purchased on uBuyFurniture.com, you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery for a full refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned. To return an item, contact us via email or live chat, and we will provide and return authorization and provide instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs (except in instances where the item arrived damaged or defective). We recommend insuring your return shipment and using a trackable shipping method. Any damages that may occur to your items during return shipping will be deducted from your refund, so please be sure to repackage your items securely. Refunds will not be issued for items severely damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received. You would need to file a claim with the courier you chose for the return. You must first contact uBuyfurniture to obtain an RMA number so we may authorize the return. You are responsible for making all arrangements associated with the return of your merchandise
