* What is our Return Policy?

uBuyfurniture will gladly refund your original purchase price, less all shipping costs, provided you make arrangements to have your merchandise returned to us within 14 days of confirmed delivery date. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped "Free Shipping," we will charge our "actual" outbound shipping charges. All returns for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You must first contact uBuyfurniture to obtain an RMA number so we may authorize the return. You are responsible for making all arrangements associated with the return of your merchandise and items must be received back at our warehouse in their original, undamaged condition. Any damages that may occur to your items during return shipping will be deducted from your refund, so please be sure to repackage your items securely. Please do not forget to first obtain an RMA number prior to shipping your item back to uBuyfurniture.



What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?

All of our products are guaranteed new in original condition upon arrival. We can provide replacements of defective or damaged parts in most cases if reported within 7 days of receiving your item. If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within the 7 days of the delivery date, and we will provide replacement parts free of charge. Although every effort is made to ship your items as safely as possible, items do occasionally get damaged during shipping. We will be more than happy to offer assistance in the event of damages and any other issues related to your order. If your item arrives in a visibly damaged state, Please report damaged items via email. Damages and other issues must be documented by email, because a written record is required. In addition, photo proof may be required. In the event that concealed damage is discovered, please contact us via email. Once the information is received, we will asses the situation and determine the correct course of action to resolve the issue. We may be able to just replace the part(s) for you or provide a partial refund. If we determine a full replacement is required, the item will be replaced free of charge.
