* What is our Return Policy?

If you’re not satisfied with an item that you purchased on uBuyFurniture.com, you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery for a full refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned. To return an item, contact us via email or live chat, and we will provide and return authorization and provide instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs (except in instances where the item arrived damaged or defective). We recommend insuring your return shipment and using a trackable shipping method. Any damages that may occur to your items during return shipping will be deducted from your refund, so please be sure to repackage your items securely. Refunds will not be issued for items severely damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received. You would need to file a claim with the courier you chose for the return.

You must first contact uBuyfurniture to obtain an RMA number so we may authorize the return. You are responsible for making all arrangements associated with the return of your merchandise



• What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?

All of our products are guaranteed new in original condition upon arrival. We will provide replacements for defective or damaged parts in most cases if reported within 7 days of receiving your item. If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within the 7 days of the delivery date, and we will provide replacement parts free of charge. Although every effort is made to ship your items as safely as possible, items do occasionally get damaged during shipping. We will be more than happy to offer assistance in the event of damages and any other issues related to your order. If your item arrives in a visibly damaged state, Please report damaged items via email. Damages and other issues must be documented by email, because a written record is required. In addition, photo proof may be required. In the event that concealed damage is discovered, please contact us via email. Once the information is received, we will asses the situation and determine the correct course of action to resolve the issue. We may be able to just replace the part(s) for you or provide a partial refund. If we determine a full replacement is required, the item will be replaced free of charge.
