* What is our Return Policy?

Generally, our return policy is that you are responsible for round trip freight charges if the furniture has already been shipped/delivered. A 15% re-stocking fee is also deducted from your refund. For any item marked Free shipping, you will responsible for our outbound shipping costs. We will not accept returns for assembled merchandise. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items will not be authorized for return after 14 days from the delivery date. A refund less all mentioned charges and fees will be issued as soon as the item is received in our warehouse and verified.

• What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged?

All of our products are guaranteed new in original condition upon arrival. We can provide replacements of defective or damaged parts in most cases if reported within 7 days of receiving your item. If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within the 7 days of the delivery date, and we will provide replacement parts free of charge. Although every effort is made to ship your items as safely as possible, items do occasionally get damaged during shipping. We will be more than happy to offer assistance in the event of damages and any other issues related to your order. If your item arrives in a visibly damaged state, Please report damaged items via email. Damages and other issues must be documented by email, because a written record is required. In addition, photo proof may be required. In the event that concealed damage is discovered, please contact us via email. Once the information is received, we will asses the situation and determine the correct course of action to resolve the issue. We may be able to just replace the part(s) for you or provide a partial refund. If we determine a full replacement is required, the item will be replaced free of charge.
